Balance on Buffalo is a beautiful place to revive your energy. While there I experienced the Egg which gave me a sense of peace and relaxation. Gina spent time talking to me prior to entering the egg to determine what my needs were, so that she could properly program it to meet my needs. Once entering the Egg, the chair reclined back, I was wrapped in a soft blanket, and the sound and light began to envelope me in a serene environment. After emerging, I spent some time in the salt room. The beds are comfortable and ergonomic, and the light gives off a calming wave while you listen to your choice of music.
