Booking & Payment Policy
When you click Book Now to schedule an individual appointment, a credit card is required to reserve your time. Your card is securely held and used only to support our 24-hour cancellation policy, no-show policy, and rescheduling policy. It will not be charged unless one of these policies applies.
After your appointment (or on the day of your session), you may choose the payment method that works best for you, including gift cards, credit cards, cash, or Chamber Bucks. We do not charge credit card processing fees at this time.
When you click Add to Cart, you are purchasing an individual appointment and will then be required to schedule (book) that appointment. Your credit card will be charged at checkout.
Gift certificates, packages, and memberships are charged in full at the time of purchase. If you have questions or would like guidance before committing, we recommend starting with a single appointment and reaching out to our front desk team.

Policies
Length Of Appointments
Kindly be aware that all massage therapy appointments are scheduled to include the booked session time, along with a minimum of 30 minutes in between. This buffer time enables our licensed massage therapist to switch rooms, reset both physically and mentally, and ensure they can provide you with the deserved attention during your full bodywork session. It's important to arrive on time, as late arrivals will result in a deduction from your scheduled time.
No Show & Cancellation Policy
We value your appointments at Balance On Buffalo – Therapeutic Massage Works. They are set aside exclusively for you. We understand that schedule changes can happen, so we kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations.
When appointments are forgotten or canceled without adequate notice, it prevents us from filling that time slot and others from receiving services. To help with this, appointments are confirmed 48 hours beforehand via text or email, recognizing how easily appointments can slip one's mind, even if booked months prior. As these services are reserved just for you, a cancellation fee for the full amount of the scheduled service will be applied:
- Canceling with less than 24-hour notice incurs a charge equal to 100% of the reserved service amount.
- "No shows" will also be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
This cancellation policy permits us to inform waitlisted clients of any openings and ensures our team's schedules remain full, benefiting everyone. Your understanding and support of our policies are greatly appreciated.
