Aaron brings a grounded, focused presence to his work, supporting clients through thoughtful, muscle-specific care. A graduate of Harper College in 2023, he is trained in deep tissue massage, myofascial techniques, assisted stretching, and trigger point therapy.

His sessions are rooted in listening to the body and working with intention. Aaron is especially drawn to helping clients who are experiencing tension, restriction, or are in a phase of recovery. LMT

Barb Arnold has been a licensed massage therapist since 2000 and brings over 25 years of grounded, attentive experience into every session. A graduate of Blue Sky Massage School, her work is rooted in a strong therapeutic foundation that has deepened and refined through years of hands-on practice and ongoing study.

Over time, Barb’s approach has naturally evolved into an integrative, presence-based style that honors both the physical and energetic body. Her sessions are an organic blend of Swedish massage, therapeutic techniques such as trigger point and neuromuscular work, cranial sacral therapy, and subtle energy awareness—always guided by careful listening and respect for what the body is ready to receive.

She has a special appreciation for supporting those navigating the demands of modern life, including long hours at computers, driving, motherhood, and the cumulative stress patterns that settle into the body. Clients are often drawn to Barb for her calm steadiness, thoughtful touch, and the sense of being truly met and supported on the table.

Since 2019, Barb has continued to deepen her understanding of the energetic body through advanced study, including an energy healing apprenticeship with Cyndi Dale, additional energy coursework with Amelia Vogler and Lee Harris, and Cranial Sacral Therapy Levels I & II through the Upledger Institute. This layered background allows her to work with both structure and subtlety, meeting each client with flexibility, care, and integrity.

Heather Muszynski, Massage Therapist

LMT #12875, RYT

Heather is passionate about commitment to health and wellness practices as a way to transform circumstances and thrive through life. She works to create and hold a safe space and experience for clients to heal and grow through their own personal journeys. She began practicing Yoga prior to massage school and desired a fit connecting the two in one place because of the profound health and healing benefits that each can facilitate. She is a 2014 graduate of Blue Sky School of Professional Massage and Therapeutic Body Work. She became a Certified Yoga Teacher through Wild Abundant Life in August of 2015. She completed her Reiki Master certification through Balance on Buffalo earlier this year and credits her own Reiki self-care sessions for profound positive shifts and healing in her own life. Her intention is to offer and share these practices and tools to help others move forward through life experiences with greater awareness, happiness, and lightness. She works to focus and create community and connections, so that others know and feel connected to something positive as well as knowing we are all a part of each others experience. Her favorite connection is being able to observe and be a part of the experiences of others in their own health and healing transformations. Reiki and Hot Stone sessions are her favorite sessions to give as they have been a way for her to deepen her healing creativity and connect and share something with others that is bigger then herself.

Gina picture (3).jpg

LMT #2572, CST

Founder | Massage Therapist | Sound & Presence Educator

Gina Armstrong is the founder of Balance on Buffalo and has been practicing massage therapy for over two decades. Her work is rooted in deep listening—to the body, the nervous system, and the subtle ways people carry their lives within them.

Gina’s approach to massage is slow, intuitive, and presence-based. Rather than working from force or routine, she allows each session to unfold in response to what the body is communicating in the moment. Her intention is to create a space where the body feels safe enough to soften, reset, and reconnect with its own natural rhythms.

Alongside massage therapy, Gina has spent much of her life immersed in music, sound, and vibrational practices. Since 2012, Balance on Buffalo has expanded to include offerings that explore the relationship between energy, sound, color, and vibration, reflecting Gina’s belief that well-being is supported when we are met as whole beings—not problems to be fixed.

Gina is deeply influenced by the many teachers and traditions she has studied with throughout the world, as well as by a quiet trust in the wisdom that lives within each person. At this stage of her work, she is most interested in simplicity—creating conditions that support grounding, ease, and embodied awareness.
