REMOTE SESSIONS

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

  • A photo of you. Best to include the waist up.
  • Your birthdate & full birth name
  • A phone call or an email to discuss your goals & intention for the session.
  • Your commitment to follow guidelines & protocol to get the most of your remote / distance session.

DURING YOUR SESSION:

  • We hold the space for your intention based on our phone call/your email. We place your photo and information into the Harmonic Egg during your scheduled appointment time. We will set the music and lights according to your goals and intention.
  • During this time YOU commit to being in a safe, quiet place. For optimal results it is recommended that make yourself comfortable: lie, sit or engage in a calming activity (gardening, reading) for 50 minutes while holding the space for your own healing & intention. You are welcome to listen to calming music during this time.

AFTER YOUR SESSION:

  • We will follow up with you the next day to address any questions. You are welcome to contact us to share any feedback about your session or ask questions prior to our follow up call/email.
  • Drink plenty of water to help with detoxing and resetting the body
  • Be gentle with yourself for at least 48 hours.
  • Eat a clean diet for a few days...lighter portions & increase of fruits/vegetables
