This therapy focuses on individual points throughout the entire body to address the musculoskeletal system comprehensively, including the fascia which surrounds every muscle. Treating the entire body is crucial for achieving optimal symptom relief and breaking the cycle of pain effectively. Typically, it takes 1-3 sessions to significantly reduce or eliminate pain caused by myofascial trigger points. Exercises and Movement Suggestions given to help retain progress between sessions.
