Gina Armstrong
LMT #2572, CST
Founder | Massage Therapist | Sound & Presence Educator
Gina Armstrong is the founder of Balance on Buffalo and has been practicing massage therapy for over two decades. Her work is rooted in deep listening—to the body, the nervous system, and the subtle ways people carry their lives within them.
Gina’s approach to massage is slow, intuitive, and presence-based. Rather than working from force or routine, she allows each session to unfold in response to what the body is communicating in the moment. Her intention is to create a space where the body feels safe enough to soften, reset, and reconnect with its own natural rhythms.
Alongside massage therapy, Gina has spent much of her life immersed in music, sound, and vibrational practices. Since 2012, Balance on Buffalo has expanded to include offerings that explore the relationship between energy, sound, color, and vibration, reflecting Gina’s belief that well-being is supported when we are met as whole beings—not problems to be fixed.
Gina is deeply influenced by the many teachers and traditions she has studied with throughout the world, as well as by a quiet trust in the wisdom that lives within each person. At this stage of her work, she is most interested in simplicity—creating conditions that support grounding, ease, and embodied awareness.
Whether through massage, sound, or teaching, Gina’s work invites people to slow down, arrive in their bodies, and remember what it feels like to be fully present with themselves.
